[sdiy] OT -Digest Mode?

Help!

Can one get this list in a daily digest mode on an automatic basis?
It seems from the main page that it has to be requested each and every 
day!?!?!?

I've emailed the list admin last week and haven't heard back - apologize in 
advance for the OT bandwidth...

Perhaps I'm being dumb here - sorry for that - I'm just not familiar with 
this lists format yet...it nothing likes Yahoo's, etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated so that my inbox don't get clogged!
