Doepfer uses standard 3U (=3HE) 19" rack.
Almost any electronic component store will sell blank 3U panels in a
different "wides" (if that is an English word).
Usually labeled as 3U front panels or 3U system panels, well something like
that.

Conrad asks 3 Euro for a 40mm wide (8TE) blank (#525499, www.conrad.de)
Or 15 Euro for 84TE (426 mm) (#525537) think the latter one should give you
enough space.
Plenty of choice in-between too ;)

Cheers,
Theo

the subject says it all really.

im in england (uk) and am after blanks to drill and fit my own modules
behind. yes, i know shaeffer could help me, but im really looking for a
more budget option, that i can drill myself and not worry too much.

emis sell the doepfer a100 blanks, which would be suitable for some stuff,
but at a maximum of 8hp, a theyre just too cramped for many applications. i
think theyre about £3 each, which is more the sort of price im after.

im not even bothered about the finish. i basicaly just want them 3u and
whatever hp, and have flat edges :)

any ideas?

cheers, julian
