AD633 is almost ready to use module. Take a look at its datasheet here:

You should find application circuit there.
And yes, I made a few ringmods using that IC, take a look here:

Fairly simple circuit, and still a slight overkill for a ringmodulator. Or should I rather say a multiplier, or balanced modulator.
