I might add that this is thanks to numerous contributors. If you see anything
which isn't there and you have, please contact me and let's fix it. As you see,
I also apprechiate when versions of the same module is there like the 292B and
292C (look at them both!).

Some of the stuff Mark has also exists on my webpage (let me assure you, I
haven't nicked stuff of his or anyone elses webpages, I have only used what I
have either scanned or been given by people for webpublishing).
