Sadly I doubt you will find them, why?
Palm was NOT good at documentation, we have some schematics for the PPG 360
Wavecomputer (which was a couple of years after the 1020) and they're hand
drawn 'doodles' and they're also incomplete..

If you do find anythnig for them, could you let me have a copy for the PPG
CDROM, and I'll send you a copy for free.
