Sorry this will not work, because the outputs stay fixed as long as
the "Load" input is low.
I learned this, because my circuit does indeed lock up if the output
frequency is so high that the pulse is longer than one time period.
(at approx.5 MHz) - But i will never need more than roughly 1.9 MHz,
so this is not a problem for me.
