I figured you were just kidding. That's what inspired me to suggest
something equally far-fetched.

As for needing miles and miles of coax, you could also do the same thing
with radio transmissions to several different geographic locations, and
have the signal transmitted back to you from each location. That would
eliminate the trip- hazard of having miles and miles of coax in your home
workshop.   :)

Yeah, but I bet it wasn't a multi-tap delay line connected to a Hammond
vibrato scanner.    :)
