I thought you might be interested in the levels of a real Hammond B-3. In
the B-3 service manual is a chart of voltages to expect at the organ's
"G-G" output terminals, corresponding to the generator number being played.
The chart assumes that percussion and vibrato are switched off, and the
organ is being played at full volume. I posted a PNG-format image of this

You will notice that the Hammond is certainly not exhibiting a flat
frequency response. I haven't compiled any stats as to how this compares to
the CX-3, but you can do that if you like.  :)
