[sdiy] MonowaveII demo sounds up

Dear all,

  Its DIY (I made it) and its a Synth, so it on topic thought its not
analogue!...

  I've been doing some more work on my DSP version of the Monowave,
before you all 'poo-poo' DSP, have a listen ;-

V1.08 sample (filter res demo) shows the harmonic distortion in the filter
particularly well.
the V1.09 samples show the power of the new filter (big sweep for example).
De-res change shows the new improved 'deres' function.

There's still more to go, improved LFO routing and so on. but its comming
together quite nicely.
