[sdiy] 80017A VCF/VCA chip

Hi everyone,
I'm repairing Juno 106 and one of those damn 80017A hybrid VCF/VCA things
has gone to hybrid heaven and I need a replacement or some info about it
like internal guts schematic.
I found one to buy, but for a stupid price of 140$. That's probably more than
the owner gave for whole juno.
So if anyone has any slight fragment of idea what might be inside of those
bars, please let me know.
I consider making another VCF as a replacement, but it may sound different..

any help appreciated
even like "buy another juno for parts, and sell other 5 hybrids on ebay for 100$
each"
