In a word, No.
Holograms are created by recording interference patterns. What you are
proposing would creat pretty light shows, if used in a smokey/dusty
environment. Maybe there would be a brighter "spot" appearing at the
junction of the three beams, and maybe you could, if scanning fast enough
creat a 3d image of sorts (though definition would not be good), but it
won't be a hologram.
