Hi Scott,
I'm at home now, and could finally listen to your samples.
Thanks again for providing them - this is exactly what I needed!
My first impressions:
The modulation is "deeper" than on my emulation, probably
with a higher AM component.
Maybe I've done too much about compensating the voltage drop
along the delay line. The Hammond has rather coarse steps
from one attenuation factor to the following. I have a different
factor for each stage, so probably I've made it too even.
But it's really encouraging to see that I'm apparently on the right track.
I guess adding a higher AM component won't be much of a problem.
Which Hammond model did you play? My delay line is modelled after a
B2 (not B3) circuit.
Thanks again,
JH.
