I happen to have the first Electronotes volume, and in there is the 258's
waveshape circuit, piece for piece, with a reference that that diagram was
from another publication, I believe EDN, originally published in the mid
sixties sometime.
Made me feel kind of good that Don went there, too.
Knowing this however, I still couldn't get my waveshape control on my 258
clone to work proerly.
