I'm also in the process of recording the characteristics of a Hammond
organ. I have already sent a detailed private reply to jhaible, but I also
have a question for the members of this list.

Does anyone know if there is free software available that will let me
create impulse response recordings, and them use them to simulate various
amps, filters, reverbs, etc? I want to experiment with capturing some of
the character of some electronic instruments. My first thought is CSound,
but I am definitely not a CSound expert. I have no idea if it would be
practical for this purpose.

Any suggestions?
