now this is an interesting idea! the idea of the pluggable pots got me
laughing. it's crazy but might work nicely if done right.
regarding a Phototheremin, maybe it would be more feasable to use a cluster
of 3 ultrasonic range finders. I remember seeing a kit to build these for
backup alarms on cars. I'm sure it can't be too hard to tap into the
proportional analog signal it generates and use it as a CV. where did I see
those kits....???
