Still have 3 of them, but honestly haven't used them in years.
In some sense the Sinclairs were ahead of time (like syntax-check while
typing in, allowing input of formulas when using the INPUT command). On
the other hand, for some strange reason I get cold shivers whenever I see
foil-based keypads.

Tubes? Thank you... I once had a close encounter with 800V anode voltage
and decided that this is enough :)

A friend of mine puts it that way: "I don't need a license to transmit. My
home-brew electronics do this entirely on their own."
