On the subject of gorillas and pots - one TV came on for repair - after
being "turned off". The knob was broken - the pot and switch beind it was
broken - the PCB had a huge chunk snapped out of it. "He's a gentle boy" my
boss said :)
My other fave was "yesterday it smoke a little bit. Today it smoke a lot"
