If you want a tank that can bubble, that is cheap... an aquarium + a air 
pump + heat thing at any store that sells animal stuff is cheap....

also for uv... just build your own case, and put in a avr for a timer if 
you want it hardcore... or just a on/off switch if you manage to sit and 
wait.... saves a lot of money at least.
