Paul,
you've seen my boards, farnell or rapid pre coated boards, RS lightbox, HP deskjet 950 printer ( 1440 dpi - miles better than laser, no drum stretch, banding, etc), HP inkjet film, 2 paint trays, FeCl, H2SO4 ??? and understanding missus. I can do 8 thou track gap with this setup repeatly.

Who discovered warming up FeCl in microwave on sunday night saved even more time....
