Europe. Your correct, it is a original transcription error. The whole Europe
is/was effected. So why not get your front-panel right? ;O)
Here you see an example of what you can blame the monks for. Normally I think
well of monks when I think of Trappist beer (read as real beer).

Well, this is over my head since I just exhausted my music theory knowledge
with the B/H issue. I too learned H when i was taugth piano (which I eventually
gave up due to side effects of my medicine at the time).
