[sdiy] MOTM demo?

hey all, this is sort of OT but I spoke to a good friend at length today who
is considering dropping a chunk of change on some MOTM modules.  He
mentioned his desire to get his hands on a set to try out, which prompted me
to wonder are there such things as MOTM live demo's? We're in NYC so I
though if there were they might be here,  or is there someone out there in
the NYC area who's had a good experience with MOTM modules that might
consider letting a couple synth freaks into their lair for an hour or so?
