[sdiy] a cable with 50+ pin connectors ?

Hi,

I'm looking for the best way to connect a keyboard with 49
individual contacts to a synthesizer, so I need a cable with 50
or more pins.

I've seen there are several alternatives: Sub D, Mini Sub D,
Centronics (any others ?).
But I also need a cable that's affordable, and I'm looking for the
best solution.
I do *not* want to solder the cable myself; it should be something
readily available. No ribbon cable, either.

Any ideas ?
