[sdiy] LM13700 vs NE5517

HEllo,
I'm looking into doing some work with OTAs and want to go with lower chip
count (using internal buffers vs another bug for a buffer) and lower noise.
CA3280s are out because they don't come in SOIC packages. Phillips claims
that the buffers in the NE5517 are better than the LM13600. But I was
wondering how they compare with the LM13700 buffers since it has less Iabc
effect on the buffers than the LM13600.
Basic question is it worth the effort to use a more obscure, harder to get
part (cost is about the same)?
Thanks much and happy soldering to all.
Jay
