Well, I did look in some of my books, but only one clear reference to
Dolph-Chebyshev (please note that the transcription of Chebyshev's name varies
depending on which target langugue context the transcription where done to).
I do have the "famous" IEEE Windowing paper in print somewhere here...
(actually I know exactly, but there is too much junk between me and the paper,
so laziness prohibit the extraction for the moment).

That's a good advancement. What's the trouble with getting it running for
even number of samples?
