Analog has a small order desk via it's website.  You have to register and
don't expect discount prices.
Their web pricing underwrites their ability to send "free" samples to folks.

If you're talking SSM as in Analog Devices - try finding someone who will
sell ya just one!  I just went there with the 2220 and the best I could find
was a friggin' tube.  Ended up that Analog Devices (bless their hearts)
floated me a couple of samples.
