Please take on the effort. Oddities like these are also what you learn from.
Naturally it would be nice to benchmark one up and see how well it performs
and then discuss how to "enhance" the curcuit. If it operates by a different
mode of the transistor, it would be nice to see what temperature dependencies
is in there etc.
Please recall that several of us is not fluent in German, so you might have to
translate enought for us to understand - bitte!
