Hi,

At that quantity you are getting into the range were you could buy from a 
distributor (many have a "small order" desk). A/D electronics, Selco, and 
Allied have great selections. Allied has the Serge-style ones made by Davies 
and Selco has ones you see on many consumer products. Use the economy to 
your advantage--they'll sell to almost anyone at this point...

If that ain't your bag, All electronics, MPJA, and Alltronics have some good 
deals on surplus knobs. There's probably others the good folks on this list 
can recommend as well.
