....in my experience, the monitor is usually worse.
A lot of crap comes from the switch mode power supplies in the computer AND
the monitor. Last time I did an exhaustive search for mystery radiation in the
 workshop, I found the oscilloscope was the main offender!!!!!
(no, not a Tek).
