As for UV LEDs, they ussualy have more Violet than
Ultra, so I treat them as another available color.
It's really nice purple, and it'd be cool to use
them on every lamp in a modular.
And 15 bux for a pack of 100 is a good price in
every color (almost).
OTOH when blue ones came out, it was sensational,
but now I feel ashamed to live in a country where
almost every car driven by teenager has blue
LEDs somewhere...

Who knows, maybe in a couple of years red LEDs
will be the coolest thing in the world again.
Like Nixies are now.
