Fairly narrow - (2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm) colored shielded cables do exist though.
Electronic organs are usually full of them. RGB monitor cables have three
within the outer shield etc. I guess it's a matter of chasing down the
manufacturer of such equipment and finding out where they source from. Some
fine coaxes also exist. I have some lengths of purple covered with silver
(or silver plated) internal wires that came from some pro video equipment.
