Hi,

I use www.expresspcb.com because they have fast no-frills service, easy 
calculation of how much it wil cost, and free schematic and PCB layout tools 
available (which of course only produces files for their processing). This 
is just my fave with good experiences, many others on this list will have 
their favorites as well, based on their personal needs.
