I'm not aware of any heatshrink stuff with print on or explicitly to be
marked before shrinking, I also haven't seen any clear shrink tubes
(but there is clear shrink wrap). However, each catalog I've laid my
hands on in the last two years had number and letter clips for various
cable diameters, sometimes even color coded. The other options for
marking cables seem to be simple adhesive tape with some field to
scribble on or cable binders with a tag.
