Nope, this is not "Protel AutoTrax"
This "AutoTRAX" is a windows program and seems to run under 98,
however they strongly recommend the use of win2k
The "third party" part library and "part shear utility" on the webpage are
"coming soon".
So maybe that catch is a new player trying to create a user base by giving
away a early and basic version of the software?
