OK, but there may be another problem. Check on other octaves. You will
find that due to the 8-bit DAC you will get steps of 1V on some octaves
and not on others. The best you can do is find some compromise setting.

However, I made several mods on mine before I trashed it for a better
design. The first thing to do is get a better DAC. Use the DAC0800HP
from AD. This is the same part but spec'd better. You won't get exactly
1V/oct across the board, but it will be twice as accurate. Just swap it
out with the one in the kit.
