I sell Farnell +3000ppm/K temp co resistors for 2UKP each. I use them in
my less demanding VCF expo circuits. These are axial components about
the size of a normal 0.25W MF resistor. But if you can handle SMD then I
would recommend that you buy the 3900ppm/K ones from Farnell directly
and add a small value series resistor.

I also sell +3500ppm/K KRL wirewound TC resistors at 5UKP each. I use
these on the TB3031 and modular VCO cards. I like the physical size of
these resistors, as their increased thermal mass makes them less likely
to waver in the breeze :-). I think if you are in the US, you should be
able to get these directly from KRL-Bantry. I buy them in 50 or 100 off
quantities to reduce the large export duty and admin costs that the
couriers always seem to put on from business addresses in the states.
