Hello, Niklas & All!

 This is my first post to this list from Japan.

 I think you need a resistor between 4016 pin 12 and ground,
 to discharge input capacitance of 4016 IC.
 (100k ohm may be OK.)
 When 2 diodes are all off, 4016 pin 12 becomes floating.
 I'm not sure but it can be a cause of your problem.
