My wife takes a Dremel around to nursing homes for adjusting dentures. So 
it actually *is* a dental tool.

Another good dental tool is the scaler they use to scrape the gunk off your 
teeth.  They're great for scraping excess flux off a board and for reaming 
out the holes on vector pins to take bigger wire.
