[sdiy] which transformers to use in a passive ring mod circuit?

In this circuit it uses two stancor a-4713 driver
transformers and then four diodes to create a passive
ring mod. What would be a purchasable transformer I
could use in its place? Also aren't the diode just
doing full bridge rectification there?
