I agree with what Les says, I'd also want to see maybe a fourth VCO (???). 
But, at least two of the VCOs should have sine and tri outs and PWM in -- it's a 
drag that the only VCO with PWM is also the only VCO with tri/sine outs. 

Also having the S/H clock not tied to the same clock as the electronic switch 
-- at least a separate clock input for the S/H.

A multi waveform output form the LFO (maybe VC LFO).

And I like AR generators, but I don't like them for VCF cutoff or VCA  -- so 
have two ADSRs and one or two AR.

Of course, I'm still hoping to find a submodule ladder VCF replacement for my 
ARP, so that would be a good place to start <grin>. If anyone knows of 
anything, let me know.
