[sdiy] Patchell's Boggling 13700 Expo Converter Thing???

	I selected this aproach for several reasons.  Also, I would like 
everyone to note, I did not design this circuit...somebody else posted 
this circuit, as a low noise, low distortion vca...my attempts to find 
that post in the archives has so far has proven fruitless...

	Still, the reasons I selected it are:

	1. It was very linear.
	2. It had the lowest parts count for the performance I got.
	3. It is real cheap...at 80 cents it performed better than the next 
best aproach I could come up with that came in at about $6.
