[sdiy] LM13600 VCO

In my first modular (the MBM) I had built a dual 13600 VCO and it has both 
schmitt triggers in a quad opamp and it does suffer from soft syncing. 
although I must admit I have not tested to see if that's what caused it. I 
tried rerouting all the ground wires to no avail.
