Nice pics.

I'm trying to understand how your PCBs are attached to the front 
panel. I see the standoffs connected to the PCB and then going normal 
to the plane of the panel. How do the standoffs connect to the panel. 
Is there some kind of ring thing around the pot shafts? Is there a 
screw going through the panel that can't be seen from the front?
