Don't have Electronotes, but in the Jung set-up (1st edn IC Op Amp
Cookbook), the bias current to the 3080 is simply limited by the resistor on
the input of the CV buffer. He shows a 20k resistor, thus giving a max Iabc
of 0.5mA for a max CV of 10V. What value are you using here?
