Further confirmation from college:

weekend 5th-7th September they can definitely book us in
   "    12th-14th   "     is a *maybe* depending on what else is booked

The other weekends (19/21 and 26/28) are fully booked, and then term
starts up again.

The meeting room (whichever one we get) _will_ have mains electricity
provided.

So that should cover the "WHEN" part :-)

WHERE is Robinson College (opened in 1981, hence the comfy bedrooms), one
of the colleges of Cambridge University:
