Not only that, if you have a corrigated pipe, with the distance between the
corr5trrrrrrrrrrrrr (!cat on keyboard!) corrigations of the order of a
wavelength,
then the sound around that frequency is slowed down.
So you could have what I always wanted, a frequency dependant delay (not easy,
even in DSP).
