[sdiy] ad vs ti

What do you advice between the:
AD ADSP-TS203S and the TI TMS320C6713 ?
I was thinking to build a synth with only one DSP, SRAM, flash, 24bit 96kHz AD/DA, 4 encoders with switch, 16x4 char LCD,
i don't know if is possible to manage this I/O with only one DSP and if this dsp's are capable to manage Granular synthesis..
