[sdiy] Simple MIDI idea for DIY analog synths

Recently, I noticed some software on the 'net claiming to convert mp3
files to MIDI files.  This gave me one idea, for my Juno 60, ... and
then, another idea occured to me: this would be a cheap and simple
solution to creating MIDI files from DIY analog synth equipment.

While I've never used this software, and will have to look again for
the name of it, at least it might possibly be useful for using with
analog synths to create input files for use with music typesetting
software, MIDI instruments, etc.

Any thoughts on this?
