[sdiy] Darn! Heck! Shucks! TOG Update...

Hey all,

...And its not good. The TOGs are giving me all kinds
of wierd trouble. Things like the frequency of one
output changing when another output is connected. Its
a divider string! It can't do that!! But it does. No,
the inout does not change; I checked it. Also the
outputs are unstable. Probably the same problem. So
something really odd is going on inside. I am clocking
every CLB with one clock pin; maybe that is too much
load.

The Just Intonation generator was working fine until
one output died and the chip started heating up. I
hope its just a blown output.

I was hoping to have these ready for PNW meet. I'll
keep my fingers crossed, but its awfully hard to hold
the scope probe that way...
