Not again.  This is exactly the kind of childish
behavior the list didn't tolerate last year and this is
the only time I'm going to aknowledge a post referring
to this.

A solution for this issue was amicably settled on
months and months ago between mr cassidy, myself and
local authorities.  I can hardly be blamed for the
court proceedings regarding the theft and destruction
of everything of value of mine getting pushed back due
to defendant no shows and officer availability.  I
myself am awaiting restitutions of up to $4000 (fingers
crossed) and before I get a penny $670 of what gets
paid in goes straight to mr. cassidy.

It would be nice if every time I tried to post
something andy wouldn't dog me out.  I'd like to be
able to trade again and get back to a point where just
shooting off $670 wouldn't be a problem.  As of now I
am unable to gig, play a semi functional acoustic
guitar to keep my chops up and dumpster dig for parts
to build with or salvage for small sale.
I owe two other individuals that are on this list or AH
one is for $35 (power supply).. and the other is $25
worth of reverb springs.. I have been unable to track
my source down to completely fill that order and will
be sending out funds asap to both.  Until this issue my
trade rep was exceptional and I'd dealt with mr cassidy
and many others successfully.
I'd appreciate not being closed off to trade and info
sharing on this list.

PS: and no i'm not whining.. this is just how things
