[sdiy] midi extension cables?

Check computer stores.  Older PC keyboards used 5pin DIN connectors and you can
find barrel couplers for connecting them toegether to extend them.

Might be harder to find these days as PS2 keyboards came along with the 
smaller connector but I've purchased the adapters within the last 18 months
so they are still out there.
